Jackie Compton

 
 
Jackie has been the director of Toast of Champaign since 1980. She attained the level of Certified Director within the International organization, and continues to attend music schools and coaching opportunities to continually improve our level of performance as a chorus. We work very hard at our rehearsals — but laugh lots, too!

Jackie received her Bachelor's degree in Music from Ohio University; however, she now “bleeds” Orange and Blue!! Jackie has led the Toast of Champaign to many awards. She also sings regionally in her quartet Impromptu. We are very proud to have her as our director!
